Best Diet for New Year’s Resolutions

So, you’ve overindulged over the holidays and put on a few extra pounds? Instead of jumping on the latest fad diet, do yourself a favor and start eating a low-fat vegan diet. By following a low-fat vegan diet I was able to eat a ton over the holidays and not gain a single pound. I’m currently at 6% body fat, my cholesterol is under 150, fasting glucose is 72, and I feel terrific, all while eating as much as I desire.
