Great book for healthy living with a focus on high micronutrient foods to help prevent disease and cancer:
Eat to Live: The Amazing Nutrient-Rich Program for Fast and Sustained Weight Loss, Revised Edition by Joel Fuhrman
Each book has a unique perspective, but overall, all tend to generally agree with one another. Each is absolutely worth the read. Enjoy!
