Amazon Shipping Notification Email Bug / Error

I just received two shipping notifications from Amazon for orders placed over the weekend. However, it seems the item being shipped was omitted from both emails. It seems they have a bug with their systems. Here is one email with my personal information obfuscated.

    I wish to find out when the rest of my Amazon order will be shipped. I have five more items that need to be received within the next 10 days in order for me to get the gifts shipped out of the country. I have two Kindle Wireless Reading Devices, two Kindle Leather covers and 1 $50.00 gift card.     As I mentioned in the comment above, I’m not affiliated with Amazon. That said, I’ve had excellent luck with their customer service. Try calling them directly at: 1-866-216-1072. Their support agents are fantastic.

    on november 7th I ordered two copies (used) of eva cassidy cd (songbird), plus two other cd’s of her albums. today, 11/9, I received four messages on the internet which do not even include her songbird album. can amazon research my order and correct the apparent errors? thank you in advance, charles s high (512-xxx-xxxx)

    I’m not affiliated with Amazon, I just posted about a problem they had with their system. I deleted your info (phone number, etc.) from your post to protect your privacy. That said, I’ve had excellent luck with their customer service. Try using this link:

    You’ll have to log-in and the click on the “Phone” tab. You can enter your phone number and a representative will call you almost instantly. You can also call them directly at: 1-866-216-1072. Their support agents are fantastic.

    Placed an order recently (#202-3840719-xxxxxx) with Amazon – was notified on 3 occasions that order was declined due to non-acceptance of credit card. This is impossible and I have been attempting to get in touch with Amazon for three or four days, and to no avail. Need someone to contact me right away – 718-712-xxxx. I find it hard to believe this is happening with Amazon as I am one of their biggest customers. My e-mail is xxxxx@aol.com.
