Coluccio Olive Oil

On my trip to NY, I tried some Coluccio olive oil. I really enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone. It has a wonderful bright, green flavor and a spicy, peppery finish which adds a great additional layer of flavor to your cooking. Hopefully I can locate it in the Bay Area or else I’ll be asking my family to send me some.

    OMG! Colucci Olive Oil is the best olive oil I have ever tried. The flavor and smell is incredible. Unfortunately not many places carry it thus you will want to use it sparingly. I love to buy it at casa del panna and make an olive oil dipping plate for bread. Use fresh: rosemary, thyme, fresh cracked black pepper, raw smashed garlic pulverized to release the garilc propertiies and a touch of sea salt. Then be sure to add in some pecorino or locatelli cheese. Then dip in! Bravissimo. The Best! Olive oil is soooo good for the heart! It is so worth the extra expense.
